Our policy on refunds for credit purchases and subscription plans at GetVisual AI.

At GetVisual AI, we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered image and video generation services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

By purchasing credits or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

Refund Policy Overview

GetVisual AI offers refunds under specific conditions outlined in this policy. Our refund eligibility depends on:

The type of purchase (one-time credit pack vs. subscription)

Whether credits have been used

The time elapsed since purchase

Compliance with our Terms and Conditions

Important: Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Creem. Their policies and processing times may affect the refund process.

One-Time Credit Pack Purchases

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

One-time credit pack purchases are eligible for refund only if:

  • No credits have been used from the purchased pack
  • The refund request is submitted within 3 days of the purchase date
  • The account is in good standing (not suspended, banned, or in violation of our Terms)

2.2 Processing Fee Deduction

Approved refunds for one-time purchases will be subject to a processing fee deduction to cover payment platform transaction costs. The refunded amount will be the original purchase amount minus the applicable processing fees.

2.3 No Refund After Credit Usage

Once any credits from a one-time purchase have been used, the purchase becomes non-refundable. This includes even a single credit usage. Please ensure you understand how the Service works before making a purchase.

Subscription Plans

3.1 No Trial Period or Unconditional Refunds

Subscription plans (monthly and yearly) do not include a trial period and are not eligible for unconditional refunds.

3.2 Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions

Subscription payments may be eligible for refund only if:

  • No credits have been used from the current billing period
  • The account is in good standing
  • The refund request is made within a reasonable timeframe after billing

3.3 Subscription Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:

The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

You will retain access to subscription benefits until the period ends

You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

Unused credits will expire at the end of the billing period

No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period

3.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Credits Have Been Used

Any purchase where credits have been consumed, regardless of the number of credits used

Account Violations

Accounts that have been suspended, banned, or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions

Expired Credits

Credits that have reached their expiration date (1 year for one-time purchases, 1 month for subscription credits)

Dissatisfaction with AI Output Quality

Subjective dissatisfaction with the quality, style, or results of AI-generated content

Change of Mind

General change of mind after credits have been used

Time Limit Exceeded

Refund requests submitted after the applicable time limits (3 days for one-time purchases)

Prohibited Content Creation

Refunds will not be provided if your account was terminated for creating prohibited content

Technical Difficulties on User's End

Issues caused by user's internet connection, device compatibility, or browser settings

How to Request a Refund

A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

Internal Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days by our team. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Payment Provider Processing Time

After we process the refund, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on Creem (our payment provider) and your bank or payment method. This typically takes an additional 3-10 business days but may vary.

GetVisual AI is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or financial institutions. If your refund does not appear after the estimated timeframe, please contact your bank or Creem directly.

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

Subscription Changes and Cancellations

7.1 Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

Subscription plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) are not currently supported through the platform. If you need to change your subscription plan:

7.2 How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

Service Interruptions and Technical Issues

8.1 Service Outages

In the event of prolonged service interruptions or outages, GetVisual AI will compensate affected users with credits for any failed or abnormal tasks that occurred during the disruption.

Monetary refunds are not provided for service interruptions. Credit compensation is the primary remedy for service-related issues.

8.2 Failed Generations

If an AI generation task fails due to a technical error on our end:

    The credits consumed for that task will be automatically refunded to your account

    No monetary refund will be issued; credits will be restored instead

8.3 Wrongful Account Suspension

If your account was suspended in error and subsequently reinstated, we will provide credit compensation as a goodwill gesture. The amount of compensation will be determined at our discretion based on the circumstances.

9.2 Payment Provider Disputes

For disputes related to payment processing, billing errors, or unauthorized charges, you may need to contact Creem, our payment provider, directly. Their policies and dispute resolution procedures will govern such matters.

9.3 Final Decision Authority

For disputes involving refund eligibility under this policy, GetVisual AI reserves the right to make the final determination. However, for payment-related disputes, Creem's decision is final and binding.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
