User Accounts

GetVisual AI provides AI-powered tools for generating images and videos based on user-provided text prompts and parameters. Our Service includes:
AI Image Generation
Create custom images using advanced AI models
AI Video Generation
Generate videos from text descriptions or image inputs
Content Management
Store, organize, and manage your generated content
Private Generations
Option to keep your generated content private and not visible to other users
The specific features, models, and capabilities available to you may vary based on your subscription plan and available credits.
Credits and Payment
5.1 Credits System
Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each AI generation consumes a certain number of credits based on the complexity and type of content generated.
5.2 Credit Validity
Credits purchased as one-time packs are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
Credits provided through monthly subscriptions are valid for 1 month and do not roll over to the next billing period
Credits are allocated monthly and are valid for 1 month from allocation
Subscriptions
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Non-Transferable
Credits are non-transferable and non-sellable. You may not transfer, sell, or exchange credits with other users or third parties.
Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Content Ownership and Usage Rights
6.1 User-Generated Content
You retain full ownership of all content you generate using GetVisual AI, including images, videos, and any derivative works. This includes both public and private generations.
6.2 Commercial Use
You are granted the right to use your generated content for any purpose, including commercial use, subject to the restrictions outlined in Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct and Content).
Download and Export
You may download, export, and store copies of your generated content at any time during your use of the Service.
Private Generations
Content marked as "Private" will not be visible to other users but will be stored on our servers.
6.5 License to GetVisual AI
By using the Service, you grant GetVisual AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your public content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
Prohibited Conduct and Content
You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that:
Violent Content
Depicts extreme violence, gore, or harm to individuals or animals
Sexual Content
Contains pornography, sexually explicit material, or sexual exploitation
Hate Speech
Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
Illegal Activities
Facilitates or promotes illegal activities, including drug trafficking, terrorism, or fraud
IP Infringement
Violates copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
Harassment
Harasses, threatens, or intimidates any person or entity
Misinformation
Deliberately creates or spreads false information intended to deceive or harm others
Identity Theft
Impersonates another person or entity without authorization
7.1 Content Moderation
Public content is subject to automated and manual review. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
7.2 Consequences of Violations

Service Availability and Modifications
8.1 No Guarantee of Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. The Service may be subject to downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
8.2 Maintenance and Announcements
We will make reasonable efforts to post announcements regarding planned maintenance or significant service disruptions. However, we are not obligated to provide advance notice.
8.3 Service Interruption Compensation
In the event of service interruptions or technical failures, we will compensate affected users by refunding credits consumed for failed or abnormal tasks during the interruption period.
8.4 Right to Modify or Discontinue
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content is created by machine learning models and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended purpose. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

- •The absence of errors, defects, or inappropriate material in generated content
- •The compatibility of generated content with your specific use case
9.3 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. This includes:

- • Obtaining necessary permissions or licenses for commercial use
- • Any consequences arising from your use of generated content
9.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GETVISUAL AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetVisual AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
Your generated content and any consequences arising from its use
Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@getvisual.ai. Upon termination, all your data, including generated content and account information, will be permanently deleted from our systems.
11.2 Termination by GetVisual AI
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- •Violation of these Terms
- •Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- •Extended periods of inactivity
- •At our sole discretion
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account:
Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
All your data, content, and account information will be permanently deleted
Any unused credits will be forfeited without refund, except as required by law or our Refund Policy
Active subscriptions will be canceled
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
